Selena Gomez home intruder sentenced to 45 days in jail
The man who trespassed at Selena Gomez’s new home earlier this week has been sentenced to 45 days in jail.
Che Cruz pleaded no contest to misdemeanor trespassing at his initial court appearance on Wednesday, and was immediately handed a punishment.
In addition to the jail time, the 20-year-old Cruz will be on probation for three years, and must stay away from both Gomez and her Calabasas home.
As Gossip Cop reported, the intruder was arrested on Sunday after breaking into the singer’s guest house while she was home.
