Clothing Company Sues Taylor Swift Over Same-Name Brand

A clothing company is suing to shut down Taylor Swift's own Lucky 13 clothing line.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Robert Kloetzly, whose company is also called Lucky 13, says the country-pop superstar is confusing consumers with her same-name brand.

Kloetzly is reportedly seeking all profits Swift has made off of her Lucky 13 merchandise. He further accuses Taylor of hijacking the target demographic for his clothing line through her music video for "I Knew You Were Trouble."

In his lawsuit, Kloetzly alleges that the clip could be an ad for his Lucky 13 brand because it, "depicts stylish, attractive tattooed individuals in provocative situations."
